🗒 Early Access Release Notes 🗒

We're finally there! At a point where I wanted to get the game up and running for people to look at and play with. Whilst I feel there's still a lot to go, it's a promising start.

As I enter the first iteration of the game, we can talk briefly about version 0.0.2, but mostly about the known bugs and roadmap ahead!

✨ New Features ✨

As this is the first release, I'll briefly mention all the currently operational features!

• Card Drawing: This is the basis of the entire game; you'll be drawing cards and gaining score based on suit, unique card and, one of the main concepts in the game, Inversion. If the card is upright (green) you'll have a positive effect, and the opposite is true if it's inverted (red)
• Currency System: Drawing cards will, most of the time, gain you an amount of the main currency — Clairvoyance. This is used in other shops in order to improve your Tarot Deck in various ways.
• Upgrade Shop: Spending your Clairvoyance here is how you can improve your cards, deck, and even your luck!
• Deck Building: After a few upgrades, you may come up with some ideas on how you can make your deck better. Perhaps you enjoy the Cup Suit and want to lean into it, or maybe you want to try and get as many Fools as you can fit in a deck, the choice is yours!
• Major Arcana: These are game-changing cards, all of which have unique effects and can be added to your deck as you upgrade. Currently, not all are implemented. The list of those implemented in this release are below:

• Basic Tutorial: Simple instructions have been added in the top right hand corner.

🎯 Roadmap and Targets 🎯

As it currently stands, the next major update should contain most of the following:

• 🔊 Audio: Currently being created and implemented, but was not in a state to release with this update.
• 🎴 Remaining Major Arcana
• ⚖️ Balancing Adjustments
• 🌐 The World & The World Shop: This is the first prestige layer after completing a "pack" of Tarot, you can spend these packs for prestige-style improvements.
